Job summary

Ringover is a European leader in cloud communications with offices across Europe and the Americas. We are hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to source candidates, run first calls, and partner with hiring managers to build efficient hiring processes across Sales and Care in multiple geographies.

You will contribute to employer branding, organize recruiting events, and grow an international network.

Qualifications

• First experience in TA or recruiting role, in-house or agency.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong people skills: curious, good listener, able to engage candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build pipelines for critical hiring areas (Sales and Care).
• Run initial calls and pre-screen against criteria; present Ringover well to candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write briefs and define candidate personas.
• Help with employer branding and recruiting events to stand out in talent markets.
