Avantor is expanding its Global Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and manage Europe-wide talent pipelines. You will research, engage, and qualify top candidates, with a focus on the DACH region, while collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and Business Partners to ensure a high-quality candidate slate.

Formación

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Research and engage with talent across European markets.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings (CV, phone/virtual) to assess fit.
• Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
