Lever, Inc. in Spain seeks a Talent & People Specialist to combine talent acquisition with HR operations in a fully remote SaaS environment across Europe.

You’ll help build high-performing teams across Tech, Product, Data, Growth, Finance and more, owning the candidate journey, onboarding, HR administration, and key people moments. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to create a smooth, transparent candidate and employee experience, with scope to automate processes and introduce AI-enabled

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional HR experience.
• Startup/scale-up environment experience is advantageous.
• Experience across talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Hands-on HR interviews and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with Teamtailor and Deel.
• Fluent French; English at B2+.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate motivation and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers across recruitment processes.
• Manage recruitment pipeline in ATS with scorecards and follow-ups.
• Ensure a transparent, engaging candidate experience from contact to rejection feedback.
• Present the organisation and growth opportunities to candidates.
• Support onboarding and pre-onboarding activities.
• Automate HR workflows and document processes.
• Coordinate HR administration and payroll-related tasks via Deel.
