Alphanumeric is seeking a Junior Recruiter (1-3 years) to join our Recruitment team in Spain. This 100% remote role supports international projects across EMEA, NA, LATAM and APAC with a flexible schedule.

You will source, interview and guide candidates through the selection process, helping to shape our talent pipeline. You will report to the Recruiter Lead, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in full recruitment cycle (Recruiter / Talent Acquisition).
• Fluency in English required; another language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions (EMEA/APAC/US/Canada).
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and networks; conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate screening, assessments and provide feedback in the ATS.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential hires.
