EverAI is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to join our fully remote European team. You will support daily management of core paid channels, help build scalable funnels, and contribute to creative testing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.

You will work under the Chief Marketing Officer, with autonomy and mentorship, focusing on data-driven optimization, reporting, and rapid iteration to accelerate user growth toward 100M users while ensuring CAC/ROAS targets.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative briefs.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily management of core paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Support scalable acquisition funnels with proper tracking and data insights.
• Participate in testing by creating new ad concepts and organizing assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies using Voluum/GA4 dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product/Content to test landing pages and improve conversions.
