Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a commercially minded performance marketing expert to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Amazon, managing an annual budget of €7.8M with strong growth ahead. You will not run every campaign yourself but own outcomes, push measurement improvements, and ensure every euro delivers maximum impact in a remote‑first, Europe‑based setup.

Formación

• Significant experience owning paid acquisition in a growth-focused business (DTC, subscription, or tech).
• Strong track record with Meta advertising and Google acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage large paid marketing budgets and scale channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google, and Amazon.
• Manage and challenge agency partners to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
• Make investment decisions across channels based on data and business impact.
• Own CPA, CAC, and acquisition efficiency targets.
• Identify new growth opportunities and test emerging channels.
