THE/STUDIO, a fully remote global company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will run multi‑channel demand campaigns, optimize paid media, and drive lead quality with strong analytics and CRM integration.

The role requires 4+ years in growth marketing, expertise in Google/Meta/LinkedIn ads, and collaboration with sales, content, and design teams to scale results across the funnel.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in demand or growth marketing for B2B.
• Strong command of Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads.
• Experience with analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize multi‑channel B2B demand campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns to hit CPL/CPA/ROAS targets.
• Analyze data, run A/B tests, and drive improvements.
• Oversee lead lifecycle from capture to handover to sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, and SEO to support funnel stages.
• Ensure proper CRM integration and lead scoring.
