Hilo by Aktiia seeks a commercially minded performance marketer to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Amazon, managing a €7.8M budget remotely within Europe. You will shape measurement, collaborate with Finance and Brand, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.

You’ll build AI-powered processes to improve reporting, forecasting, and optimization while working with agencies and internal teams to maximize ROI.

Formación

• Significant experience owning paid acquisition performance in a DTC, subscription, marketplace, consumer internet, or tech business.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising and strong understanding of Google acquisition channels.
• Experience managing substantial paid marketing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition performance across Meta, Google, and Amazon and manage agency partners.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve reporting, planning, and optimisation.
• Establish frameworks for incrementality testing and robust measurement.
