Jobgether is seeking an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist based in Spain to join a distributed technology team. You will manage day‑to‑day IT administration, support users, and maintain secure environments for multiple clients in a fully remote, hands‑on role.

The role emphasizes cloud productivity platforms, endpoint management, automation, vulnerability research, incident response, and ISO 27001 checklists, with about 20% time on security projects.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration.
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including user/group management and security policies.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf, including device enrolment and configuration.
• Proficiency in scripting to automate routine tasks and improve workflows.
• Clear written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• IT Administration: manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and licenses across Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Endpoint Management: onboard Windows/macOS laptops into MDM and configure devices.
• Technical Support: handle first-line requests and escalate complex incidents.
• IT Maintenance & Monitoring: weekly checks on patches, backups, and security alerts.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: create runbooks and SOPs to boost efficiency.
• Cybersecurity Projects: devote ~20% of time to security initiatives and ISO 27001 checklists.
• Continuous Improvement: streamline IT workflows across distributed clients.
