Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Junior Support Engineer based in Spain to help maintain the reliability of a global digital testing platform. You will support cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and own support tickets from initial report to resolution.
The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in IT support, basic networking knowledge, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Collaboration with international teams and ongoing learning are core to this role.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years in technical support or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Basic incident response knowledge for networks and software.
- Networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN/VLANs/firewalls.
Responsibilities
- Triage and respond to incident tickets from monitoring systems or customer reports.
- Track tickets through resolution within SLA times.
- Coordinate with global teams and data center personnel to troubleshoot and recover services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues across cloud and on-premises.
- Participate in on-call rotation for continuous incident response.
- Document troubleshooting steps and playbooks for future use.
