Job summary

Soracom is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our fully remote team, based in Europe or the UK. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, driving value from PoC to production while expanding deployments and adopting additional Soracom services.

You will work closely with Sales and Product, deliver demos and architecture discussions, and guide customers through onboarding and production deployment. Travel as needed and thrive in a global, remote team.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions.
• Experience with presales activities: discovery, solution design, demos.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship across the full lifecycle from pre-sales through onboarding and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify growth opportunities in accounts.
• Lead technical discovery and design translating business needs into Soracom solutions.
• Deliver customer-specific demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical challenges and guide deployments.
