Job summary

Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. in Barcelona (WTC) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process quotes and orders, coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery and Collections, and manage the end-to-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with Spanish a plus, and possess strong MS Office and SAP/CRM skills. Partial remote work up to two days per week is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing/service, business support or administrative position.
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• University degree or equivalent is beneficial but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel emphasis.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process formal quotes and orders with accuracy and speed.
• Interface with sales and customers to provide information and resolve issues.
• Coordinate end-to-end customer experience across internal teams.
• Identify process improvements and support compliance requirements.
• Perform routine administrative customer service duties per prescribed procedures.
