MiniMed Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support the designated region with expert HR guidance and business partnership. You will collaborate with people leaders to deliver world-class HR practices and support talent acquisition, compensation planning, and employee lifecycle initiatives.

The role emphasizes change management, employee engagement, and data-driven decision making to foster a positive culture within the diabetes business teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making.
• Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support to the designated employee population within the region.
• Build and sustain trusted partnerships with people leaders, promoting world-class HR practices.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen business capabilities.
• Advise on compensation planning, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
