Ergomed Group is a global provider of pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and quality consulting. We seek a Global HR Business Partner to shape HR strategy and support our multi-country PV organization. You will partner with senior PV leadership, building teams, culture, and capability to align HR practices with patient safety goals.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries; CRO or pharmaceutical background preferred.
• Degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc).
• Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance.
• Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change.
• Data-driven approach to turn people insights into action and navigate organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partnership with global business and leaders to translate goals into HR strategies.
• Lead global workforce planning and talent strategy across an international footprint.
• Shape global performance frameworks and retention/development strategies for PV and safety talent.
• Maintain culture and engagement and drive change leadership across regions.
• Ensure compensation analytics & compliance with global policies.
