MiniMed is seeking an HR Generalist to help lead HR initiatives in our Madrid region. You will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, support talent acquisition, and promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

You will advise on compensation, coach managers, and enable organizational development with comprehensive HR solutions. This role sits in a standalone MiniMed entity focused on growth and innovation.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven positive track record of working with business leaders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making.
  • Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide HR support to the designated employee population within the region.
  • Build and sustain trusted partnerships with people leaders, promoting world-class HR practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen business capabilities.
  • Advise on compensation planning, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end employee experience.
  • Coach and guide managers on a broad range of employee lifecycle matters.
  • Support leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and evaluations.
  • Lead change management efforts, including communication planning and transition support.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
  • Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

Take on a pivotal role as a HR Generalistand make your mark across our diabetes business teams. As a key HR Business Partner, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing employee experiences while accelerating business success.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with MiniMed’s Diabetes business. MiniMed is entering a new chapter as a standalone company, focused on accelerating growth and innovation in diabetes care. This transition provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As an independent organization, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. Our HR team will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MiniMed as a standalone company.

Must Have - Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven positive track record of working with business leaders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making

Nice to Have - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry a plus.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday)
