This role focuses on shaping the employee experience, building a high-performing workforce, and driving innovative people strategies in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in HR, modern practices, and a track record of leading virtual teams, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in HR, with at least 3 years in talent management or leadership.
• Proven experience leading remote teams and implementing talent strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy.
• Oversee the remote employee lifecycle and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of HR professionals.
• Design and execute programs for employee development, career pathing, and leadership training.
