Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial is seeking a Head of Talent Management to lead a fully remote HR function. You will drive talent strategy, attract, develop, and retain top talent, and foster a strong remote-first culture.

As a senior HR leader, you will design development, succession, and leadership programs, ensure compliance, and use data to inform global people initiatives.

Fluency in Spanish and English and experience managing remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR with at least 3 years in talent management or leadership.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy.
