This role partners with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape hiring needs, implement innovative strategies, and oversee the full hiring process in a remote-first environment.

You will develop employer branding initiatives, enhance candidate experience, and mentor a growing recruitment team while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition, with senior/manager experience.
• Experience scaling recruitment in remote or distributed environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex hiring initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong HR tech experience including ATS and marketing tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a remote-first talent acquisition strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all levels, from entry to executive.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and design sourcing plans.
• Utilize multiple channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to foster high performance.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
