You will drive talent initiatives from a global perspective, fostering a strong remote culture, leveraging digital tools, and aligning talent development with business goals while ensuring legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 6 years in HR with 3+ years in talent management or leadership.
• Experience creating and implementing talent management strategies.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams.
• Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and remote-work compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy.
• Oversee remote employee lifecycle and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a remote HR team.
• Design development programs, career paths, and leadership training.
• Advance recruitment strategies to attract global talent.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and feedback.
• Foster inclusive culture with virtual initiatives.
