Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 6 years in HR with 3+ years in talent management or leadership.
• Experience creating and implementing talent management strategies.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams.
• Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and remote-work compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a talent management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively.
• Expertise in HRIS, recruitment platforms, and other HR technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, specifically tailored for remote interactions.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
