Hostaway is seeking a highly organised GTM Enablement Specialist to support Hostaway's Global Enablement organisation. This role focuses on building and maintaining the operational foundation that allows enablement programs to scale across the business.

You will own enablement systems administration, documentation, workflows, learning operations, and cross‑functional partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Formación

• 2–5+ years in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Program Coordination, Project Management, Revenue Operations, or related operational role in SaaS/B2B.
• Experience supporting learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or operational enablement functions.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience documenting workflows, processes, and SOPs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting to improve performance.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, LMS or similar enablement tech.
• Excellent written communication; fluent in English; French/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational execution of Global Enablement programs, ensuring onboarding and certifications are delivered on schedule.
• Manage and optimize the Enablement technology ecosystem (learning platforms, knowledge repositories, PM tools).
• Design, document, and improve enablement workflows and SOPs for scalability.
• Cross‑functionally partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, Product, Product Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate initiatives.
• Govern the Global Enablement knowledge base and keep resources accurate and accessible.
• Develop enablement reporting dashboards for leadership insights on adoption and health.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows and learner experience.
• Serve as the backbone of the Global Enablement org to enable trainers and leaders to drive impact.
