Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a PPC Specialist in Spain to manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. You will focus on driving qualified traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining budget discipline and ROI.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, tracking setup, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and analytics teams. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and relevant social media platforms.
• Develop compelling ad copy, organize campaign structures, and test variations to improve engagement and conversions.
• Track metrics and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
• Implement conversion tracking and ensure reliable measurement and reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
