Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a hands-on Head of Growth for Europe to own the DTC and Shopify growth engine across key markets, driving profitable revenue and rapid experimentation.

You will manage paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimize landing pages and offers, and build a small team or trusted network of growth specialists. This is a remote, autonomous role with fast pace and significant impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in DTC growth or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Experience building landing pages, funnels, and offers end-to-end.
• Strong creative strategy and data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin.

Responsibilities

• Own the full European DTC/Shopify growth engine and hit ambitious YOY targets.
• Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Lead creative strategy and briefing to produce high-performing assets.
• Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers as growth levers.
• Establish an experimentation program and scale successful tests.
