Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking a Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead to own copy across outbound, paid ads, landing pages, email, LinkedIn, and content assets. You will blend creative writing with commercial thinking and leverage AI, maintaining editorial judgment for growth-focused outcomes.

The role requires native-level English, adaptability to founder voices, and performance discipline, with remote, full-time engagement and cross-channel ownership.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of writing direct-response copy for B2B, SaaS, tech, or similar businesses.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes from your copy (replies, clicks, leads, conversions).
• Write in different voices and tones to suit audiences and campaigns.
• Experience using AI tools as part of your writing workflow and ability to edit/improve AI outputs.
• Strong commercial instincts and psychology behind clicks, replies, and conversions.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion-focused copy across cold email sequences, paid ads, landing pages, newsletters, emails, LinkedIn content, infographics, and carousels.
• Develop messaging angles, hooks, structures, and calls to action that drive action.
• Write content for diverse audiences and founder voices with authenticity and consistency.
• Collaborate with AI tools and creative resources while providing strategic direction and editorial judgment.
• Continuously optimize copy based on performance metrics like replies, CTR, and conversions.
• Prioritize measurable impact over word count or aesthetics in every assignment.
• Contribute to campaign strategy by understanding what motivates prospects to click, respond, convert, or book a call.
• Own messaging quality and performance rather than relying on designers.
