• Manage and optimize Zendesk ticketing system and workflows.
• Own SOPs, checklists, and internal resources across teams.
• Provide cross-team training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

• Offer global client support and stakeholder management.
• Lead global testing, projects, and cross-functional engagements.
