Job summary

Strada is seeking a payroll support professional to join our team in a dynamic, international environment. You will help deliver accurate payroll processes and data management while providing top-notch customer service to clients across regions.

You will work with HR and payroll data, leveraging HRIS tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and compliance requirements. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to global payroll operations.

Qualifications

• French at minimum B2 level plus working knowledge of English.
• 2–3 years of payroll or HR data administration experience in HR outsourcing, consulting, or corporate environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Able to collaborate in a team or work independently while following processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll end-to-end and/or Data Management activities in line with calendars, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
• Respond to client queries with accurate, professional support within service levels.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and country-specific regulations.
• Support testing, system maintenance, and resolution of payroll issues.
• Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
• Complete controls, documentation, and process updates on time.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and knowledge sharing.
• Escalate risks, issues, or scope deviations to the Service Manager as needed.
• Handle sensitive information and comply with security policies.
• Participate in team meetings, projects, and other activities to support service delivery.
