Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multi-country payroll or vendor programs.
• Strong knowledge of GTN and statutory payroll compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with global vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize multi-country payroll vendor relationships.
• Monitor SLAs, calendars, and GTN calculations.
• Lead vendor governance and procurement cycles.
• Drive risk assessments and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal and Ops.
