SD Worx is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a team of Payroll Consultants within our Spanish Payroll Services organization. You will act as the senior point of contact and escalation for a portfolio of clients, combining people leadership with payroll expertise to drive service quality and client satisfaction.

The role involves guiding on Spanish labour legislation, managing payroll delivery, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize processes.

Formación

• Around 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labour legislation.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.
• Experience with Integrho and SAP is an advantage.
• Spanish and English proficiency is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Payroll Consultants within the Spanish Payroll Services organization.
• Act as the senior point of contact and escalation for a portfolio of clients.
• Ensure service quality, SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll delivery for Spanish clients and manage schedules and procedures.
• Provide guidance on Spanish labour legislation, payroll processes and compliance topics.
