The Cigna Group in Madrid is seeking multilingual customer service representatives to support clients globally. You will respond to inquiries about medical plans, provide guidance with empathy, and coordinate follow-ups via phone and email.

Advantageous to have fluency in English plus Dutch, German, Italian or French. The role offers hybrid working options, with a shift schedule and induction training starting mid-October 2026.

Formación

• Advanced or bilingual English required.
• Proficiency in Dutch, German, Italian or French (C1 level).
• Customer service aptitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work 39 hours per week and participate in induction training.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day queries from clients and insurers via phone and email.
• Coordinate and ensure follow-ups of contracts and responses to issues.
• Assist in translating documents when needed and contribute to process improvements.
