Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our global service centre, supporting clients worldwide. The role involves handling customer queries via email and phone, maintaining records in CRM, and upholding GDPR guidelines.

Office attendance is weekly in Madrid. Qualified applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and strong English and Spanish skills (C1 or higher).

Formación

• Bachelor or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service preferred (contact center, reception or similar).
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day queries from customers while prioritising service experience.
• Adhere to productivity and quality standards set by management.
• Take full ownership of cases and follow through to resolution, scheduling follow-ups as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM tool.
• Handle and process of medical reports and other confidential information in line with GDPR.
