Cigna Healthcare in Madrid is seeking multilingual customer service representatives to help clients across the globe with their medical plans. You will use active listening, product knowledge and empathy to resolve queries via phone and email.

The role requires 39 hours per week, six-week induction starting 15 October 2026, and residence in Madrid. It offers flexible home-working options, training, private medical insurance and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Advanced or bilingual English required (C1/C2).
• Proficiency in one or more of Dutch, German, Italian or French at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client and insurer queries via telephone and e-mail.
• Coordinate and ensure follow-ups of assigned contracts.
• Handle medical issues in collaboration with medical consultants.
• Translate documents using language skills when needed.
• Support the Client Manager with presentations, analyses and statistics.
• Maintain a cooperative and friendly working environment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share them with the manager.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to assist customers.
