The Cigna Group is hiring an Operational Representative to join the Life & Protection Solutions team in Madrid. You will process incoming insurance claims, act as the first point of contact for clients and policyholders, and manage data reporting to internal and external parties.

Daily duties include assessing claims, handling working-incapacity overviews, completing data entry, and answering policy questions by email or phone in multiple languages. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, insurance, or related field.
• Strong numerical and communication skills are required.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming insurance claims (travel, life, long term care, temporary working incapacity).
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and policyholders.
• Report data to internal and external parties.
• Answer policy questions by email and phone in multiple languages.
