The Cigna Group in Madrid seeks an Operational Representative for the Life & Protection Solutions team. You will process incoming claims (travel, temporary working incapacity), be the first point of contact for clients and policyholders, and report data to internal and external parties.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and German, and strong numerical and communication skills. Office suite proficiency and a willingness to learn are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, insurance, or communication.
• Strong numerical skills and clear communication.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch or French bonus.
• Experience with non-medical claims is a bonus.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Assessing and processing incoming claims based on policy conditions; act as hub between medical advisors, claimants, HR and clients.
• Manage working-incapacity overviews for insured organizations and maintain professional relationships with clients and third parties.
• Accurately fill data about claims and report to finance, client managers or clients.
• Answer general questions about policy conditions via email and phone in multiple languages.
