This role involves managing tickets, analyzing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Candidates should possess previous support experience and be native Spanish speakers with strong English skills. Responsabilidades

• Manage tickets for the assigned Nextlane products.
• Analyze complex inquiries and provide answers based on functional specifications.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Handle the resolution of incidents based on their complexity.
• Escalate incidents properly when necessary.
• Provide feedback on case progress and deliver final resolutions.
• Record all activity related to calls and emails.
• Accurately qualify errors and report them.

Native in Spanish

Fluent in English (C1)
