WorkMotion is seeking a Junior Account Executive for the DACH market. You will own the entire sales cycle in Germany, from first conversation to onboarding talent, and you will uncover needs with thoughtful questions. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to position the value beyond price.

Qualifications

• BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS and a can-do mindset.
• Proven discovery conversations to uncover needs and drive deals.
• Outbound mindset: cold outreach to engage busy founders.
• AI-savvy and highly organized; CRM proficiency with up-to-date records.
• Coachable and quick to adopt feedback; bilingual German/English required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in Germany from first contact to onboarded talent.
• Ask deep questions to uncover needs and timelines and drive decision-making.
• Equip HR champions with compelling value arguments to justify the deal.
• Create deal momentum through confident negotiation and next-step planning.
• Build a self-made pipeline with the BDRs to target the biggest opportunities.
