KittySpout is seeking a hands‑on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid‑acquisition funnels, on‑site offers and post‑purchase upsells. You will set strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners.

We spend millions on paid channels and need a data‑driven problem solver with 3–4+ years of CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands. This fully remote, full‑time role offers significant impact and fast growth across two brands.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Fluent in English and data‑driven decision making.
• Fully remote, full‑time role with hands‑on ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid‑acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly; lead the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Manage the CRO agency and decide when work moves in‑house.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
