Job summary

KittySpout is hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands. You will build the backlog, brief QA, launch tests, and ship winners, driving improvements in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

We are a fully remote team with rapid growth and significant monthly ad spend. You will report directly to the Head of Growth and shape our test strategy across site, funnels, and post-purchase offers.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and proven testing background.
• Ability to show data behind tests that lifted CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands and run high-impact tests.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch weekly tests; ship winners and drive measurable lifts.
