Job summary

Progress Partners is a fast-growing technology company delivering SaaS and mobile platforms across more than 160 countries. We seek a seasoned Vendor Manager to own the full vendor lifecycle, from sourcing to offboarding, and to lead contract negotiations with a multi-vendor base.

You will build and maintain a central vendor registry, manage renewals, monitor performance, and work with internal stakeholders to optimize spend and savings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or contract administration.
• Hands-on negotiation and contract management experience.
• Process builder mindset: digitizing documentation and reporting workflows.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, relationships, renewals, and offboarding.
• Prepare and execute contract negotiations: research market rates, build strategies, secure better pricing and terms.
• Manage renewals proactively: track dates, review terms, avoid unfavorable auto-renewals.
• Build and maintain a central vendor and contract registry with automated workflows.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance: SLAs, deliverables, obligations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs, consolidate tools, and provide leadership visibility into spend and savings.
