Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Manager, Vendor Management to oversee governance and performance for an assigned vendor portfolio. This home-based role supports multiple countries, including Spain, enabling flexible work while delivering value to customers.

You will lead governance reviews, onboarding/offboarding, risk mitigation and commercial optimization in a cross-functional, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations, Quality or related functions.
• Experience in CRO, pharma or biotech environments.
• Experience managing supplier or vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, oversight and performance management activities for an assigned vendor portfolio.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and escalation activities.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals and offboarding of vendors.
• Manage vendor risks and support mitigation activities.
• Support cost control, benchmarking and optimisation initiatives.
• Drive commercial reviews and optimisation opportunities within the portfolio.
• Support contract governance and commercial reviews.
• Analyse portfolio risks, trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
