Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the digital transformation of its procurement function. You will shape a scalable, data-driven operating model, accelerate AI-enabled capabilities, and enhance Source-to-Settle processes across the global organization.

In this role, you will own process design and governance, manage platform improvements (SAP, Coupa, Ariba), and drive cross-functional change with IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver sustainable value for patients and care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 7–10 years procurement operations or systems experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end processes in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, standardization, and improvement of end-to-end procurement processes.
• Own governance, SOPs, and control frameworks for sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and execution.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and testing of procurement apps.
• Partner with Global Procurement, IT, Finance COE to advance digital maturity.
