Equinix, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Expert to manage third-party suppliers, oversee onboarding, contract governance, spend control, and risk mitigation.

You will act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring compliant and cost-efficient supplier operations. The role requires experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract management, with a focus on maintaining SLA adherence and cross-functional collaboration across procurement,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or related functions
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and operational spend

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with business and operational requirements
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with critical suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and long-term collaboration
• Negotiate commercial contracts, operational clauses, and SLAs, particularly in regions without local procurement support
• Ensure contracts are properly documented, up to date, and monitored for renewals and expirations
• Manage PRs and POs, monitor supplier spend, identify cost-saving opportunities
• Execute standardized supplier onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with global policies
• Act as the primary contact between internal teams and suppliers to address requests and issues
• Monitor supplier performance and SLA adherence to ensure service quality
• Assess third-party risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Legal to support supplier operations and renewals
