Jobgether, partnering with a pharmaceutical sector leader, seeks a Head of Vendor Management based in Spain. You will shape centralized vendor strategy, govern outsourcing, and drive cost efficiency across global operations.

In this senior role you will lead supplier governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, working with Legal, QA, and Finance to ensure compliance and performance in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in vendor management, procurement, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, or partnership management within life sciences or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of developing and optimising vendor networks and supplier performance.
• Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, quality and compliance for outsourced services.

• Develop and implement a centralized vendor management and procurement strategy across business units.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor partnerships that support objectives and delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations and develop pricing strategies for value and cost efficiency.
• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding and governance.
