Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager for a fully remote role focused on developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies, onboarding strategic suppliers, and driving significant cost savings. You will lead complex negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations to align sourcing with business needs.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 10+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with senior/strategic experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing global sourcing strategies.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and cost modeling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for critical materials and services.
• Lead complex negotiations with strategic suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key strategic suppliers, monitoring performance against SLAs.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to align sourcing with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing policies and all relevant regulations.
• Analyze market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to inform sourcing decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed sourcing reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
