Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Chief Product Officer in Spain to lead product strategy for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture. You will shape the vision, build the roadmap, and translate customer needs into intuitive financial products spanning wallets, conversions, cards, and payments.

You will recruit and lead a focused product team, collaborate with executives and tech leaders, and drive user-centric growth while navigating regulatory considerations.

Qualificações

• Senior product leadership in crypto banking or digital banking.
• Proven track record launching financial products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of digital wallets and crypto-fiat conversions.
• Expertise in roadmap development, prioritization, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to connect product strategy with customer acquisition and unit economics.
• Experience building and leading high-performing product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategic roadmap, and value proposition for the venture.
• Oversee MVP prioritization and scale releases across B2B and B2C.
• Lead discovery, validation, user journeys, and requirements from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with executive, commercial, and technology leaders to accelerate time to market.
• Establish product metrics and build a scalable product organization.
