Satispay is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to scale and optimise its operational foundations across Europe. You will lead and mentor high‑performing teams, aligning operations with product, tech, and business development to drive excellence and rapid expansion.

Strong executive experience in fast-growing environments and a hands-on leadership style are essential. The role requires managing multi-country operations and travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan.

Formación

• Leadership experience as COO, VP Ops or similar in fast-growing tech/fintech
• Proven ability to design, scale, and manage complex operations
• Strong capacity to turn business challenges into operational frameworks using data-driven insights
• Experience building, scaling and empowering high-performing operational teams
• Hands-on ownership mindset for problem-solving in high-stakes environments
• Willingness to travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
