Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall commercial strategy and go-to-market.
- Identify global profitable opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
- Design revenue models, unit economics, and profitability drivers.
- Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and business development.
- Recruit and lead a lean commercial team with clear objectives.
