Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist based in Spain to guide new business partners through the onboarding journey, from initial contact to final approval. You will work with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure accurate, timely onboarding in the fintech/crypto space.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in customer onboarding, support, or account coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with document review and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain requirements clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard productivity tools.
• Good judgement handling sensitive information and compliance questions.
• Self-motivated, independent, and organized for remote work.
• Experience with KYC, business verification, or financial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new partners and guide them through the process.
• Collect KYC documentation and ownership details per internal standards.
• Review documents for completeness and follow up on discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain partner data in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Compliance on document reviews and escalations.
• Monitor onboarding case progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Success teams for a seamless handoff.
• Handle confidential information per privacy procedures.
• Identify onboarding challenges and suggest improvements to templates and workflows.
• Track activity and timelines to support efficiency and reporting.
