Jobgether is seeking a Head of CEO Office & Business Operations to partner with the CEO and accelerate operational excellence for a growing software engineering business. This leadership role owns operating rhythms, OKRs, and performance reporting across multiple time zones.

You will partner with Finance and HR to plan budgets, headcount, and efficiency while driving AI-powered initiatives and scalable processes to support rapid growth. A clear path toward COO awaits the right candidate.

Formación

• 6+ years in Business Operations or senior Operations leadership.
• Experience delivering operational plans tied to company strategy.
• Ability to develop and track KPIs, OKRs, and reporting cadences.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating cadence: priorities, OKRs, weekly reviews, reporting.
• Translate CEO strategy into actionable operational plans across teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations with risks and trade-offs.
• Drive AI-enabled process improvements and scalable tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on budgets, headcount, and utilization.
• Oversee compliance and information security initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
