Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Finnish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to source and hire candidates for roles abroad. This remote freelance position starts with a paid onboarding period and continues on a commission basis with no earning cap.

Expect to commit about 30–40 hours weekly and build a strong candidate pipeline. You will headhunt Finnish-speaking candidates and also source English-speaking profiles, screen CVs, interview, and manage candidate communications while

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred).
• Freelance, commission-based environment experience.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and social media.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Finnish-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
