Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote, performance-driven team. This flexible freelance role focuses on headhunting Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad and coordinating with English-language candidates as needed.

You will operate independently in a commission-based environment with an onboarding period, and you should be comfortable dedicating 30–40 hours per week to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Formación

• Fluent in Norwegian (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Experience in recruitment (agency or international) preferred.
• Comfortable in freelance, commission-based environment.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and social media.
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about helping people work abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
